Please fire the female manager that was working night shift on Sunday, June 23, 2019. She was very rude and can not handle her job title. Ordered carry out pizza online...quoted to be ready in 30-40 minutes. My girlfriend went to grab the pizzas...as soon as she pulls up...a worker came out and asked her if she put in an online order...she said yes. She said the store closes in 10 minutes and claimed to be the only working. Uh we ordered carry out at a specific time and was quoted a pick up time? THEN she stated our pizzas would be ready in 3 hours if we proceeded with the order AND she closes in 10 minutes. She then said, “I don’t care if you call corporate.” We canceled our order instead. Came back home, I called the store manager to file a complaint...stated we ordered carry out, quoted a time online, and came to pick up. She asked for the name of the order and I told her. She said no one of that name came to pick up the order. Told her my girlfriend came to pick up. She then stated she’s the only one working and that there are no delivery driver. Uh I ordered carry out? No relevance there. Then she hung up automatically. Don’t order there everyone. They’re lazy, very rude, and loves to run a show.

Terrible service. Food took forever even though the app said it was ready. The place was filthy. The lady in this picture sat there the entire time without ever acknowledging me. Seemed like the manager since she is doing computer functions.also was wearing open toed flip flops in a restaurant...I was also the only order on the convienent screen that tells you how many orders there are. Will never eat pizza hut again I'll stick to Domino's. Or I'll at least never go back inside a pizza hut to see their operations.. highly dissatisfied!

The worst service and the worst staff. Very unprofessional and lacks the motivation and effort. I placed an order for take out. My order was done already, but I came in about 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. I signed the receipt and sat down to wait for my order. I sat for 15 minutes, as if they forgot about me. Another woman came in for her take out. Her order was actually done before mine. She signed her receipt and waited also. It was if they all forgot about us. I could see all our names on the screen. All our orders were done, but no one gave us our food. Someone called in looking for directions to Pizza Hut. The staff that answered the phone sounded very annoyed. She told the person on the other line "I don't have time to be on the phone with you. I have pizzas to cut and I have to pee." There was another gentleman at the front folding pizza boxes. After they hung up the phone, he said "don't you people have GPS these days?" Another staff member came from the back and asked us if we needed help. The other woman that was waiting with me informed her that we were still waiting for our food. I enjoy Pizza Hut pizza, but I am never coming to this location again. Non-deserving of even 1 star.
